These are the essential minerals, phyto-nutrients, amino-acids, and anti-free radical substances the body needs to maintain an efficient system of burning energy. If you read Dr. Perricones book, also available here on Amazon, you will be amazed at the amount of research he went into to come up with the solution to what I call sub-cellular inflammation. This is not poppy-cock, there is actually a medical test for the presence of this condition, but most medical clinics don't have it available because the medical community is just now waking up to the importance of nutrition and endocrine system in keeping ones health and weight under control naturally.
I've lost 30 pounds with Nutri-system, and it seems anyone can do that, if you need to lose more you will need this relatively simple program, and cardiovascular work outs, of course to loose the rest of the weight. I was as high as 675 lbs. at one point in my life, and just couldn't keep my weight from going into harmonics. I found out I had sleep apnea, and after curing that with a CPAP, I had a lot of weight to lose. Just getting the CPAP helped me lose down to 535 lbs. Nutri=system got me to 500, but it is going to take Perricone's plan and some work changing what I eat to lose further than the 460 lbs. I was at before my last sickness. My exercise plan and being faithful to the weight management supplements has given me hope of finally conquering my weight log-jam.
If you live in the sticks it can be hard to find the type foods Dr. Perricone recommends for his simple 3-step plan; but it can be done. I don't feel like I need to starve on his suggested diet; I feel like I eat plenty. I take in at least 1600 calories, but who's counting? If you take the supplements religiously, the battle is half won!
I have old and new scars trying to grow new skin, and I had a serious colonic polyp that was at least 1" a half in diameter, and bugged me for at least 15 years, that is now seemingly gone. My weight harmonics are gone, I only have DOWN to go with my weight now! I no longer get lower colonic cramps like I did since I was a kid, my blood sugar used to go low on me once and a while, and this is no longer the problem it once was. Blood pressure 120 over 58! I just notice something a little better each day!!
Give your self a fighting chance and try this system! If you can't afford the pills you can buy them elsewhere for more economical prices, but his formula is the best, I think. If nothing else, at least buy his super anti-oxidant. I notice cancer doctors are now copying this type of formula for their patients in helping to fight cancer, but I suspect none of them has been on the bleeding edge of science like Dr. Perricone has! Reading his book, "The Perricone Weight Loss Diet - (A simple 3-part plan)", will help you go a long way into understanding what is in the science of his management system, and how nature makes the your digestion and energy consumption system work. He goes into depth about the high science of what I call endocrinology, and the nutritional balance.
Kroger Grocery stores do a lot to help find nutritious foods made of the right stuff; and they don't charge you an arm and a leg, and call it "Health Food". So if you have one of those in your neighborhood, you can get a jump on the starting line!
