I had previously lost 30 pounds before and it went off pretty easily without diet pills, i just exercised and ate healthy and kept at it. But after I started on birth control, even after working out everyday on both the elliptical and treadmill, AND JOGGING for 2 hours a day, burning 800+ calories the weight just wasn't coming off AT ALL. I started the diet pills to help keep the water weight off because I gained so much. It seems to be working so far. My pants are already starting to sag on me. I gives me a nice energy boost and decreases my appetite. I wanted to take this along with the green t because i also wanted a diet pill that was caffeine free so I can take it at night when my appetie is biggest. Anyway, i'd say it's doing a great job at keeping the water weight off. I would def buy this again and might even try some of the other versions as well in the future.
