I gave it a strong try but feel like I really wasted my money. Once the bottle is open, you are screwed out of your money and you can't return it. I am through experimenting and will stick with a different brand that I know works. I have tried several Acai products that have gotten me good results but this is NOT one of them. The pills smelled kind of odd as well. I dont believe the other reviews here because this product DOES NOT WORK!

Of course, I excersie 30min-hours a day depend on the day. there are some different when I was on same level of the intensity on excersising with or without it. Without it, my weight is on stable and keep my weight (almost +/- pounds); however, when I do excersing same with taking the Akai, it seems like I am losing 2-3 pounds biweekly. (More customer reviews)I'm a runner, work a 9:00 - 5:00 as well as go to school in the evenings and before FRS I was taking 5 Hour Energy right before a run. It worked well enough but it tastes like drinking the little soap bottles used for making bubbles. Luckily it's a shot and it served it's purpose. 5 Hour Energy for me made me feel almost too wired and I noticed an elevated heart rate that made me a bit nervous.
I chose FRS as an alternative because the price difference was about the same at the time, but I was wary after reading reviews that it simply didn't work and that it came in so many different forms, which was right for me. The can seemed to be the best, I could drink it before I head out to work, or before a run and get a little push to keep me active.
For me, there wasn't any noticeable "buzz" or need to bounce off the walls, it just keeps me alert, awake, and motivated to keep going. I think people expect that high caffeinated sugar buzz that they may get from energy drinks or coffee that just isn't present here. Also the taste of FRS to me is like a mild tea. It doesn't have a strong carbonated soda taste to it with a rough back end. It also has some (at least the 24 cans I've had thus far) particles in the bottom of the can, even if you shake it. I have not tried the other flavors or the other FRS products aside from the Low Calorie Wild Berry. The other forms of FRS may differ from my experience.
I really like FRS, and I actually look forward to drinking it when I get to work, like others do with coffee. My only problem is when I ordered my first shipment of FRS it was 28 dollars for 24 cans, and now the price has doubled and it just isn't reasonable to pay a little over 2 dollars a can for the product.

Many others contain lots of sugar and caffeine but FRS works in a different way with quercetin, vitamins and only 25 calories. I usually will drink 1 can at mid morning to get a renewed lift. Most 1000IU pills or gel caps tend to be quite large. For some folks, the size makes them difficult to swallow.
Not these "micro-tabs." They are very small, making them a good choice for people who have difficulty swallowing the larger alternatives.
While the price is a little higher than some other options, the quality is excellent, and the advantage of their small size might make the slightly higher price worth the difference.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this product in my interest for weight loss. I actually purchased this a couple of months ago and only tried it for a few times. It does not have any effect on weight loss. What's worse? I realized today that the outercoats of the capsules are made of plastic! By looking at it, you could tell it looks different... Normally, when you take a regular capsule and hold it in your hand for a few seconds, the capsule will begin to get sticky and, eventually, melt. This, however, only turned a little bit sticky. I first thought it was because the temperature of my hand was low so I held it longer and tighter. I even took out the powder stuff inside to have only the outercoat. Still, no sign of the outercoat melting. I tried to tear and break the outercoat, but it was very strong and thick, and I couldn't tear it at all. Then I tried the extreme; I took the capsule and placed it in between my straightening iron, which was already turned on for awhile. I checked a few minutes later and outercoat of the capsule is still there in perfect shape and condition. Zero signs of melting... Don't ever buy this! Why would you want to swallow pieces of plastic and let it stay or pass through your body devouring your organs?? If the high temperature of a straightening iron can't even break down the outercoat, how would your body be able to break it down? This product is not approved by the FDA and therefore it cannot be trusted. It does not help you lose weight or provide antioxidants.

I find that acai berry keeps you cleaned out (at least in my case), not that I have any problems, but it just makes things move through easier. I mean, if you are reading about it, you want to know what it does, don't you? Besides the concept that acai is supposed to be healthy for you because of its antioxidant properties, it performs that additional movement function. I don't know acai's relationship to weight loss, but I know that we don't want things to sit around inside us and ferment.
I have found this brand to be particularly good. The bottle states it is 100% vegetarian and has 60 liquid-filled capsules, is tested free of heavy metal toxicity, is an alcohol-free concentrate, and 1 capsule contains 1200mg of freeze-dried acai berry from certified organic acai.
I have found that 1 capsule per day is quite sufficient for me. At 60 capsules per bottle, that is a 2-month supply. The concentrated liquid cap is simple to take, easy to swallow, and works fairly quickly--so keep that in mind and don't take it when you are on the road.

(More customer reviews)The first time I posted my experience, six readers immediately disagreed with it (obviously they felt they knew far better than I whether FRS Healthy Energy provided me with any "lift"). I withdrew the review, but upon reflection I've regretted my decision to do so. Whether or not the product "worked" for an individual is necessarily personal and anecdotal, one person's report. It's hardly a matter for disagreement--unless the responder is intent upon promoting an agenda.
All of the FRS products have ingredients likely to be familiar to users of "energy" drinks, powders, supplements, and bites: sugar, corn syrup, fructose, caffeine, green tea extract. The drink also offers the MDR for key vitamins along with antioxidant activity from the green tea leaves and, most importantly, "quercetin," a bioflavanoid that is used in red wine replacement capsules as a highly potent free radical scavenger. While "quercetin" is widely recognized as an effective blood toner, conditioner, and "bad" cholesterol reducer, FRS is prominently promoting it as an energizer, capable of "extending" the body's natural adrenaline "and" removing the "oxidants that cause fatigue." A controversial statement, backed by little controlled studies, especially if the inference is that quercetin will provide an immediate "lift."
Of course, FRS points out that it's not simply the individual ingredients that provide increased energy but an optimal, catalytic combination that promotes thermogenesis, increases metabolic rate, and helps the body make efficient use of carbohydrates. So it's possible the product has worked for many (besides Mr. Armstrong). If so, testimonials on its behalf deserve to be taken seriously by any curious, health-minded individuals.
The powdered drink mix perhaps makes the most sense to start with, and the chewy bites the least (the sugar in the bites actually had a paradoxical effect, momentarily enervating rather than energizing me). The drink is flavorable enough, with a convincing fresh-fruitish "tang," and not overly sweet. But in my case it did not counteract either the late-morning or late-afternoon "crashes" and obviate the need for that extra expresso or two.
If you choose to try the product, be exceptionally careful about the apparently generous internet offer, endorsed by Mr. Armstrong, of a complete sample kit of the products sent free of charge (with the exception of postage and handling costs). The merchandising tactics of FRS are practically antithetical to the full-disclosure, consumer-centric policies of a site like Amazon. (If Bezos offered everyone a free Kindle, saying it's yours to keep if you don't like it, I'd have full confidence in his offer; FRS employs more deceptive, misleading tactics that could result in your admittance to a pricey club before you even realized you were a member.)
So put Lance Armstrong and his company (he's part owner) to the test, but order the products through Amazon to avoid unwanted hassle, hustle and hype. If you decide the product is for you, then is the time to inquire into the benefits of being a member of the club.
