(More customer reviews)I had purchased these supplements for my 65 yeard old mother. She has been suffering from short term memory loss and major fatique. Her doctors tells her that is just 'old age' setting in. I wasn't going to accept that diagnosis. We have tried a couple of different natural products and this is by far the best! Not only has it helped with her memory, it has given her a little more energy and she is not living in that 'fog', so to speak. It has also helped tremendously with her bladder control. We have cut her daily aspirin out as this product does have a natural blood thinner ingredient. It has also helped to more regulate her diabetes.
I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little memory boost.

(More customer reviews)...I don't mind the taste of any of it. It's herbal. You might even say dirt-like. I don't mind. The bitters are quite bitter and I add a dash of organic lime juice, which combines nicely.
I'm just starting my third cleanse with this product. The first was just over a year ago. I had a different experience with the first two times. Energy, mental clarity, and emotional outlook were off the charts the first time and I felt great the entire time. Second time I did get some headaches and nausea the first few days--I think I was detoxing more--but still ended up feeling amazing. Both times the healthy eating that goes along with it, combined with daily exercise, caused me to lose a few pounds. And I definitely wasn't fasting, just following the suggested diet to the letter (NO: alcohol, meat, bread, wheat, dairy, nuts, sweets, processed/fatty foods--YES: beans, fresh fruits, veggies, tofu, whole grains)
Best part of the cleanse: coffee is allowed!

(More customer reviews)What happens with me and my adrenal fatigue is, after a week or so of not taking an adrenal support supplement, I feel spacey, fatigued all the time like jet-lag, and have trouble sleeping. I used to take Vital Nutrients adrenal support and I guess its my system, but I would always feel sleepy when I took it, and if I took too much I would feel sleepier, and it made my stomach upset. So, when I ran out of it, I decided to try this Gaia Herbs brand because of the price, and the quality is great! I love organic products when I can afford them. I only take this when I feel a lag in energy, and my lack of energy is decreasing since I began taking this product.
Also, although it recommends 2 a day (twice), I don't take two, usually just one, and only once a day. Then if I still feel tired I take another. On very stressful days, I take two at a time. I have GAD and this product helps me handle stress and feel relaxed when otherwise my anxiety would drain my adrenal glands to the point of dysfunction. I highly recommend this product to relieve your stress and fatigue. I only drink coffee in the morning, and I never recommend caffeine in the evenings, but that is one thing that many people do which drains their adrenals. Just a little FYI - try this instead!!
I'm not sure if its affecting my weight but I have lost weight since I started taking it... Which I'm happy about. Heh.
