It's such a pity that the company stopped making the Xenadrine with ephedra. That supplement was in a league of its own, even above those that were twice the price. I remember going on eBay right after CYTOGENIX announced they would no longer make it, the Xenadrine on eBay was being sold for like $120-$200 a bottle. It really was an excellent product.
What I like about this(the ephedra-free version) -- it makes me sweat profusely when I exercise(i believe that's the willow bark), and boosts my energy a bit with the guarana in it. I add an ephedra pill to the combo, and its almost like it used to be--though not all ephedra supplements are the same
I wish CYTOGENIX would rethink their elimination of the original XenadrineRFA. Ephedra is still legal in some states. CYTOGENIX could make a fortune doing that--you KNOW they lost $ when they stopped making the original RFA! I guess theyre protecting themselves from potential law suits from people who irresponsibly abuse it and dont know when to stop
Anyway..good overall. Ephedra is still out there.Interestingly, one way to get ephedra is in mormon tea which is pretty funny considering theyre against caffeine, but okay with ephedra LOL. That said, the the level of ephedra/ma huang in the mormon tea isnt really all that comparable to ephedra supplements. It's also in some asthma medicines.
