(More customer reviews)I'm very sensitive to any medications or supplements that contain ingredients that create jittery feelings, so I was eager to try this product. As the product description states, it is made from a potato extract that works to creates feelings of satiety so you eat less. After trying it before a few meals, I have to say that it definitely works!
The directions state to take one pill about 60 minutes before your two largest meals, with a full glass of water. Through some experimentation, I found that taking the supplement a full one hour before meals really does work best; if I wait and take it 30 minutes or less before eating, I don't notice that I eat considerably less. So if you decide to take this, be sure to leave yourself that one-hour window beforehand!
Another bonus about this product is that it doesn't contain fiber. When I was briefly following the meal plan featured in the book _Women's Health Perfect Body Diet_, the plan's author recommended taking a fiber supplement that left me feeling bloated. The Slendesta tablets do not have this same effect.
The only reason I knocked off one star is because the price seems to be high. I will also try to update my review after using these a bit longer to see what the longer-term effects are.

For those who tend to overeat, like me, because my brain does not get the message that I am full until I can't breathe, this is perfect. I take it a while before lunch and then at lunch I eat less. The same for dinner. Since I feel full, no overeating, no weight gain, and finally, wait loss.
I don't trust all those drugs that make you feel "funny" so you can loose weight, and then they don't work. To top it off, most of them contain caffeine in huge quantities (and I am not allowed caffeine), this one does not.
Weight loss is slow and steady. I am down 10 lb and continuing to loose.

While this may be out of stock currently at WW, just be patient. Save half the cost by buying from the source or look for cheaper options on other sites or other vendors. This price is nuts. For this price, you could get the COMPLETE MEMBER KIT from WW (which has a PP Pedometer, measuring cups, and a darker blue jacket for your tracker in addition to the pretty blue case). Seriously, if you wanna spend 100 bucks, get the 90 buck complete kit direct from WW and get a lot more than this kit.

You NEED to exercise and eat right, and you should take a fat burner to help your body burn fat faster.
I tried a few different fat burners, but most of them made me sick or jittery. After looking at the ingredients labels and seeing how much caffeine & chemicals were in other fat burners I stopped taking them.

Now I love how it looks on my ceramic-tiled floor. But the important thing is how it weighs. I think it's very good. For all I know, it could be a pound or two off, but does that really matter? All I care about is whether the numbers go down (yea!) or up (boo hoo!). I'm not going to drive myself nuts getting on and off every 5 minutes like some people seem to do. I do, however, always weigh, step off, then weigh again (just my own quirk), and the weight is always exactly the same. I feel confident using it. So I think it functions just as it should and it looks great and the price was certainly right (saw this exact model in a store right after I ordered from Amazon, and it was $8 more, plus tax). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the stupid sticker that comes on it. As others have mentioned, there is a large,very hard-to-remove red sticker showing where you "tap" the scale (the middle of the glass platform) to turn it on. No matter how I tap, the scale does NOT turn on. Instead, I stick one toe under a corner, slightly lift the scale up, let it set back down on the floor and it comes on. Don't let this deter you. It's kind of ridiculous, but no big deal. Overall, I am VERY happy with this scale.
