(More customer reviews)I used to get blisters inside my mouth, as well as cold symptoms pretty frequently. A nurse told me about this, and i've been taking it ever since. I have not gotten ONE sore inside my mouth, and i can't tell you the last time i've been sick. It's amazing. Please don't confuse it with regular Lysine that you can buy anywhere. Super Lysine+ is only found in specialty health food stores, or online. If for some reason i stop taking it, and if i happen to feel a fever blister coming out, or a runny nose, then i'll pop a few of these, and all of my symptoms disappear. It's good to take 3 a day (like directed) in order to build up your immune system. I have not had ANY side effects from this medicine. Only good results. My medicine cabinet will never be without a bottle of Super Lysine+. I even keep a bottle at my desk at work. Quantum Health is the only name brand of this medicine i have tried, and i'm sticking to it.
