Despite cutting out diet sodas (which can increase food cravings), and joining a gym, I felt hungry most of the day and my cravings were sabotaging my efforts. Out of desperation, I started looking for a natural supplement to get my appetite in check. After doing some research, I opted to try a seaweed-based patch. I can't speak for other brands, but Le Patch is no scam - it's common sense... Iodine + thyroid-produce hormones = appetite control. It may not work for everyone, but if you're a 'snacker' and trying to lose weight, I recommend giving this a try.
