A colleague recommended the Emergen-C products to me as a way of staying healthy when working crazy hours. She is a college professor and said that the vitamin packets helped her get through the toughest part of her semester without getting sick.
The Heart Health combination looked like a good one for me because it provides a lot of basic supplements including some extra Vitamin C.
It works for me. I'm around kids all the time and it helps give me an edge on staying healthy and avoiding the 'tired feeling' that can creep up on you in the latter part of the work day.

Will not buy again (at least not this flavor, not sure about any others). The one good thing is that it is not sweetened with splenda like so many other whey proetin shakes are.

The fizzing is pointless, and forces you to wait before tightening the container. I used to use Capri Sport mix, and I miss the faster dissolve, the half-liter bottle-friendly packets, and the sugar.
