(More customer reviews)I was having serious stomach troubles recently. I'm assuming stress and a poor diet were the cause. My stomach was so bloated I looked pregnant. After a negative pregnancy test and much mental relief, my stomach pain was so bad that my husband suggested a cleanse. I picked this one because I had seen it on tv, and I like familiarity in my life (sucker for advertisers). I felt better and had a bowel movement within hours of taking the first 2 pills. In the morning, I looked bloated, which was a far improvement from pregnant. My husband laughed that I'd be "blowing it up (meaning the toilet)" for weeks. That didn't happen. My bowel movements were comfortable, and actually looked the healthiest they ever have. The bloat was gone the next day, and my stomach felt (and still feels) better. I did end up losing a few pounds. I don't really need to lose weight, but I am a woman, so I'm not complaining. But, I'm also not silly enough to think that a cleanse is some miracle weight loss secret. The weight loss comes from all the crap (literally) that comes out of you. It's not going to make your thighs thinner or your stomach flatter, it cleanses out your system...the only thing it advertises, and the only reason I got it. I wish I could say I finished the cleanse looking like Jennifer Aniston from the neck down (or neck up), but I finished it looking like myself but feeling WAAAAY better. I say try this if you want to feel better, and try going to the gym if you want to tone your legs!

My advice would be to detox in conjunction with the other two, and you WILL get the results you want. These pills help me 99% of the time. I've used them successfully to take care of a hangover; I use them every time I eat too late, or too much, or too greasy food. I take them to all my travels in case I'll eat not fresh food, or just get a stomach bug; we used the pills while travelling in Egypt and India. Every time I get nauseaus, bloated, get a diarea or a heavy feeling in my stomach - these pills help me. Of course, if things go too far (like when I ate some questionable muchrooms from our property and had a violent reaction to them) - the pills don't help; but don't do harm, either. The pills don't help my daughter, though, but I'm not sure how often she tried. On the box it says you can take 1-2 vials at once, but for myself 1/2 of a vial usually is enough. I recommend anybody with any digestive problems to try these pills. Plus a tip: if your are out of the pills and your stomach feels heavy - try eating a piece of orange or lemon WITH the peel.
