(More customer reviews)Looking at reviews from other websites that I frequent, people speak of "getting shredded" and bulking up, and having "massive gains" while using this stuff. Put simply: tried it, didn't notice much of anything new in those departments, won't buy again. I did notice a slight increase in aggression (which can be useful at times), but that may have been due to the fact that I felt nothing else change and had realized I wasted money on the product :/ From other reviews (Vitamin Shoppe, for example, one consumer stated he runs the product for 12 weeks before taking a break. In my "run" of the product, I took 4 capsules daily and then elevated to the maximum dosage (6 capsules) which lasted 3-4 weeks, and still noticed nothing. If I buy a supplement product, I expect to see results in the first bottle: not but 1-2 more and later realize that I'm only allowing myself to get bent over w/ no lubrication.
