For one week, I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening. There was no need to stay home 24/7 while taking these pills. There was no sense of urgency. By following the diet plan on the website I lost about 7 pounds and had amazing energy. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is feeling a little sluggish and needs a boost.
