The products also contains healthy ingredients and does a great job of keeping your bowel movements regular. I've tried the full bar, the full bites and the aqua full. All three are good products, but the full bars are my least favorite product. If you like ice tea, then you'll love this product flavor. I would recommend this to a friend.
