If you do your part and have a lousy spouse, you will achieve bad results. LAVA is a very good spouse. I've found for best results take 2 1/2 scoops with 10 oz. of distilled water immeadiately after workout. Yes, use distilled water. tap and spring have certain bacterial components that may interfere with the perfectly balanced formula. The flavor says Orange Slush, But no matter what I mixed it with in the past, it always tastes more like strawberry to me.
