(More customer reviews)First of all, sorry for my poor inglish. I have just taken 2 pre-workout supplements, this one and jack3d. With jack3d i got mixed results, they wher days it really effected me, other days i didnt feel a thing. I wanted to try this n.o. cause it has the same ingredients of jack3d plus the theophylline, witch had the old formula of jack3d giving good results to people. So i thought this pre-wo would be a little more stronger. I just have 3 days taking it. The first day i went for 2 scoops, in matter of seconds i felt nauseous, but went away after a few minutes, luckly. It did wake me up, but i just didnt feel the energy or the pump. In the second day i went for 3 scoops, i felt i little more energy and a nice pump (working out biceps). The only bad this is a couldnt sleep that night, even tough i took it like at 4:00pm, i am sensible to the caffeine, plus the green tea extract that has, really is a problem for me.
For me the pros and cons so far:
Pros:
Really good taste, a lot better than the tropical fruit jack3d. 9/10
Mixability is very good too.9/10
It has green tea extract, so if you are cutting like i am, it will help you supress the hunger after the workout.
Cons:
The combination of caffeine, green tea extract and the theophylline can be a huge problem if your a sensitive to stims or workout past the mornings, in the sleeping deparment at night.
I feel i get more irritated easyer, may be of the lack of sleep at night.
I would keep updating.

*Well i have almost finished my tub of n.o. ignite, and i have to say, overall it is good stuff, the nauseous issue went away after the 2nd day, and with the past of days i think my body did some adjustments to this n.o. giving me the energy and the pumps i wher looking for.
A week later i bought som L-arginine pills, hepled alot for really huge pumps.
So i would recommend this Pre to anywone, specially if they finished i cycle of jac3d or any other pre-wo, give this one a shot.

All legit too & stuff you can buy at a GNC! Anyway, I was hooked on Jack3d by USP for months! I felt the effects 10 mins after taking it but, I never got a pump from it. Was amped up but, no pump. I switched to the Superpump Max (Orange flvr! Tastes like Tang!)and had... and still have as I'm writing this, a pump!! Finished at the gym an hour & a half ago and I still feel a pumped, full feeling. That was only after 1 scoop too! Gonna stick with this until something better comes along! (More customer reviews)I have had a fair amount of preworkout drinks/powders throughout several different training programs and I have to say, Hemo Rage Black UC is probably one of the best I have ever had. The taste is NOT the best but I have had worse (NO3 overload has the worst taste ever but you zone like no other) and is the only reason I rate it a 4/5. I find the product to deliver as it states on the container. They do chose to use a wide variety of words on it to make it sound even more hardcore than it really is but what company doesn't? (in one way or another) I could give a crap what the container says as long as it delivers. The product lasted in my system for a good 4 hours before I felt it ware down and I did exactly as it said on the container (30 minutes before workout, consume the product) and only take one scope in a 24 hour period or something along those lines. I personally felt wired, extremely alert (my eyes on the first sip just shot open) and when I started my ab workout I felt minimal pain. I kind of felt like the pain felt good and I wanted to feel more of it. I felt aggressive and I actually wanted to work out (and I am not going to lie...I do not enjoy working out at all, but this made it doable) If any of you have had the energy drink Xtreme Shock, I had the flush feeling as I started to work out hard but I did not have the niacin feeling which I personally love to feel. During my cardio sessions I zoned out, and then all of a sudden I was like, "woah, I don't remember the last 5 minutes...I like." The powder is not that easy to stir, I mean its not as bad as some protein powders but if you don't continue to stir as you drink you will get white flakes at the bottom that taste like bitter salt and its worse than vintager. Last but not least, they say don't consume more than one scoop...listen to it. My friend thought it would be cute to have two and he couldn't get up and he started to trip so listen to the label. If you are stupid enough anyway to do it do one scoop every twelve hours and drink plenty of water. If any of you have any questions let me know.
