(More customer reviews)I read other people like the results of this suppliment. I wish I could make the same claim. However, the next day after taking these, I was grumpy as a bear. I stopped for three days and my emotions returned to normal, took again, and became grouchy and very short-tempered. I did this for two weeks on and off to give it a fair test. I take no other drugs nor do I drink alcohol. Some content in this product make me testy and I had to stop taking it. I give it 2 stars because the price is great!
The main component "Policosanol" has been found to be ineffective anyway. Adding policosanol to Lipitor failed to produce any further reduction in lipid levels compared to Lipitor alone. Policosanol is becoming a bad joke. More importantly, its lack of effectiveness is potentially dangerous when unsuspecting people use it as a "natural" cholesterol-lowering supplement.

This is the first one that has done that to me. I just found out about this vitamin about two weeks ago, and I am sold on this product. A buddy came to visit me from Illinois, and he brought along about 6 sample packs of this vitamin that he got at the healthfood store in the town where he buys this vitamin for himself. He knew that I would probably like them, and I am very grateful that he thought that.
These are obviously not the most affordable vitamin, but I can honestly say that they are worth every cent. They dissolve in 28 minutes (garuanteed by the manufacturer), and each of the vitamins in this multivitamin come from a food source. There are no synthetic chemical vitamins in this product. This is very important due to how it allows are body to absorb these nutrients.
I was always told that "you are what you eat." Well, that is not true. The truth is, "we are what we absorb." You and I can eat the grass which is growing in a field just like a cow, but that does not mean that our bodies can absorb the nutrients present in grass like cows are able to.
I am not selling this product, but if I owned a health food store I certainlly would be. It is in a class by itself for sure.

. Each pill contains almost 2 cans worth of sodas caffeine content and it also has regular mutlivitamins that you need anyways. The other vitamins i am sure contribute to energy but the caffeine is what we bought them for. I believe it to be approx 90 mg of caff per pill.
Cons - The pill is somewhat large, but manageable.

My diet has stayed relatively the same (relatively healthy). The only change I've made is switching from Centrum to One-A-day. I've been using this product for 2 months, and it seems I've been more resistant to colds and have been more "regular" since taking this supplement.
I'm knocking off a star because these may be hard to swallow for some people (like me). The pills don't have any sort of external coating on them to aid in swallowing. Additionally, if/when these become moist, the pill all but adheres to your tongue because of its gritty surface. I've had to throw out a few pills because I was not able to swallow them. A fresh pill solved the problem. My recommendation is to reduce moisture in your mouth to a minimum before taking.
Good product, overall.
