I was a bit skeptical at first since the results were not as obvious as I had hoped for in the first week. The second week I was very pleased with my progress. Overall, I gained about 10 pounds of lean muscle while training 4 days/week while in college. I noticed that my endurance increased and my strength overcame the plateau that I was struggling with. I stacked this with animal pak like the manufacturer recommended. I plan on using it again.
