(More customer reviews)I bought a 30 day supply and used it for about 2 weeks before noticing bowel movement problems. I've cut back on using it but still have several to use so I've tried taking them again but I get such painful bowel cramps I'm tossing out what's left. I've used lower dose pills made but another company without problems.
