(More customer reviews)I have been taking this multi-vitamin for the past few years now, and I can truly say it is the best value available for men's multivitamins. I've looked through a lot of multi-vitamins, compared ingredients, and prices and this multivitamin preforms with vitamins that are twice its price. This is a great multi-vitamin for an active man who wants to stick to a budget.
Yes, you must eat food with these. I made that mistake once, while heading to my 8AM class I took these real quick because I knew I was eating breakfast after class. I had to walk out during the middle of class to drink water and let the feeling and sweating pass. But if you take them with any food this is not a problem.
My preferred method to take them is to take two in the mornings and one later in the day if I have been very active that day.

(More customer reviews)The gym I'm going to has put me on a diet of five meals a day consisting of 350 calories: 5g of fat, 40g+ of carbs, and 25g of protein. This shake is the only meal replacement I could find to meet my nutrition requirements. Most other meal replacement shakes tend to have the amount of carbs and protein switched.
The only con is that the shakes tend to be a little chunky if you only have access to a glass and a spoon. Therefore I'd highly recommend mixing with at least a shaking bottle.
