It doesn't taste the greatest but it works on curbing my extreme hunger before meals which stopped me from overeating. Along with eating less and excercising more I've lost 26 lbs. so far in three months time. It actually curbed my chocolate cravings also. I've already recommended to two members of my family who need to lose weight.
