Well, it turns out that it is exactly what it promised. You truly get the energy that last all day without the crash feeling that you usually get with coffee. I was extremely surprised and quite excited because I was looking for something like this. I use 1 package per 16 oz each morning and I have energy that last all day. It's works almost instantly on days that I am truly dragging. I can (for the most part) keep up with my 3 year old and still do all the house work within a 24-hour day. If your considering this product, you will be extremely satisfy with the energy it provides.
