(More customer reviews)This is a good product however you need to take into account you will need to take 5 per day to get about the 3400 mg of CLA that most case studies on the effectiveness of CLA are based on. This is due to the product only having 700mg of CLA the 1000mg in large print on the bottle is slightly deceiving but alot of companies which offer CLA supplements do the exact same thing. The capsules are big and you do get that feeling like they are stuck in the back of your throat especially since you need to take two with breakfast two with lunch and one with dinner if you are looking to get at least the 3400mg. This is not horrible enough that I am going to toss the bottle but enough that I am going to try an alternative CLA supplement after this bottle is done somthing in a liquid form maybe. But please do take into account I am not a huge fan of taking anything in pill form. I take the centrum chewables for adults :) So the size of the pill could just be my adversity to taking any pill in the first place.
