My appetite did disminish to some degree and I think it gave me some extra energy. What I really liked was how it affected my skin and hair, which are normally dry. My skin looks dewey and softer, and my hair is shininer, for sure. My husband even noticed my skin (he never notices anything, trust me) So, I think it's worth trying and I will order my second batch. After that, I think it will get too expensive to order every month, so I'll just try to find replacements at the health food store for cheaper. Hope this helps.
