(More customer reviews)I recently started working out and dieting, doing the Atkins thing. I decidedd that after going from about 255 pounds to 230 it was time to incorporate some weight lifting. I was very sore after working out and thought there had to be a product out there to help with that and I ran across Lean Extreme. The soreness is gone! I have been taking this product for about a week and can say that it is really helping me along to my overall weight loss goals. More than that it has also boosted my mood and my alertness during my overnight shifts at work.
I have taken other products before like Hydroxycut and they made me jittery and set my heart rate through the roof. There is none of that with this product. I believe the better mood is largely due to the testosterone content, nothing over the top but it certainly has evened me out. The muscle recovery time is nice. Prior to taking the product I would be wiped out after cardio prior to lifting and now I feel like I have level amount of energy during my entire stint at the gym in the mornings. The muscle recovery after weight lifting has been quite impressive. I would normally have a sore/tight chest after my regiment of bench presses that would last all week, it now only lasts for a few hours following the actual workout. Lean Extreme is enabling me to do more at the gym and get to my goals that much faster. Lean Extreme combined with my other supplements (fish oil, ginko, centrum for men) has me feeling healthier than I have in a long time.
The only thing to guard against with this product; do NOT take it with coffee. It is not a matter of cafine but I about threw up when I took it with coffee on an empty stomach. Looking back I should not have been suprised but learn from my dumb mistake :)
Overall; a good product for any man looking to shed pounds.
