(More customer reviews)After reading mixed reviews for this tea, I decided I would try it for myself. I have been using the tea for 2 weeks now, and have lost 5lbs. I am very happy with my results, and find the tea good for more than just weight loss. It also is very good for my allergies perhaps because of the peppermint, and gives me the extra energy I need throughout the day. I also suffer from IBS, but have found this tea to help ease the symptoms with very little side effects. For the reviewers who suggested the tea causes cramping, it is important to realize the tea does have senna as an ingredient which acts as a laxative. Taken improperly this could result in undesirable side effects such as diarrhea and stomach cramping. I follow the directions exactly one cup of tea after each of my two meals a day. I occassionally snack but have eliminated most of my extra eating. Being on the schedule of the tea promotes discipline with eating. The tea really curbs your appetite too naturally which I also enjoy. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to shed a few pounds and has tried dieting many other ways without success as that has been my main problem too.
