And right away took two before breakfast and two before lunch.The first week I lost 5 pounds but I also cut out all sugar, fried foods and processed foods so I'm thinking the diet change was doing the work. I felt light headed for about an hour after I took the pills. I am back to eating the fattening diet and taking the pills but have not lost any more weight. I have put a few pounds back on. I really believe there is no pill to help. I just have to watch what I eat and move. The Detoux Free did absolutely nothing. No extra bowel movements. I will succeed someday, but not with pills. I have gone through Metabolite and Dexatrim and many others always looking for the miracle pill. If I don't eat healthy I will not succeed. I wish I had all the money back that I spent on diet pills the last 10 years.I will send these back and see if I get my money back. Thank! Bernice
