After reading about Dr. Simeons diet plan, trying to figure out if I needed to do the shots or the drops and chatting with a lot of different people online I decided to go for the drops because they were so much less expensive. I figured that if they didn't work it wasnt that big of a deal since I could always go get the shots and spend the extra money if I needed to.
Let's just say there are no shots in my future. I am literally blown away with how fast I've lost weight. I'm down over 30 pounds in just under 44 days. I have followed the plan very closely except for two cheat sessions that cost me big time. But I was traveling and I just made the decision that I wasn't going to worry about it.
I just ordered another couple bottles so I can start my second round and a friend of mine is going to jump on his first round. I have nothing but positive things to say about the reflect diet drops, the plan, and their support. Like some of the other things I've rad from others. "it's seriously like a miracle in my opinion."
Consider me a fan for life at this point!
PS- I do want to let everyone know that a couple of days I was feeling kind of weak while on the VLCD. I called support and they told me I needed to try and mix up my proteins and add some red meat to my diet because I was basically eating chicken. If you're having similar results, then try the same thing. It definitely helped my energy levels and my weight loss actually sped up the next couple of days. This time around I am going to have a red meat protein every 3rd day or so.
